Our Store Policies

 1.In cazul in care produsul ales nu este disponibil , va vom contacta telefonic pentru a alege impreuna o solutie.Daca ai efectuat prima comanda pe site-ul nostru te vom contacta telefonic.

  2.Despre retur :

Se accepta returul produsului  in 14 zile de la primirea coletului. 

Anularea unei comenzi se poate face in maxim 12 ore de la plasarea comenzii. 

 

Nu se accepta schimburi . 

 

Conditiile pentru retur:

Returul se poate face doar in cazul in care produsul se deterioreaza (in urma transportului) . Clientul trebuie sa demonstreze ca viciul aparent a existat la momentul livrarii. 

 

Produsul trebuie livrat in ambalajul original nedeteriorat.

Livrarea produselor se face până în faÈ›a imobilului, casă / bloc. Cumpărătorul are obligaÈ›ia de a verifica integritatea È™i starea produselor la livrare, în prezenÈ›a transportatorului. ReclamaÈ›iile ulterioare nu sunt acceptate.

 

Suma va fi returnata dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. pentru Comenzile achitate cu card bancar -> prin restituire in contul din care a fost efectuata plata sau prin emitere de voucher electronic, la alegerea Cumparatorului;
     2. pentru Comenzile achitate cu ramburs prin virament bancar, prin emitere de voucher electronic

      3.Vanzatorul va putea amana rambursarea sumei pana la primirea Bunurilor vandute.

3.Percepem un avans de 50% pentru comenzile personalizate.

4. In cazul in care aveti nelamuriri sau intrebari, va stam la dispozitie prin intermediul metodelor de contact de pe site.
